The phone number and email address for CLEMIS Support have changed. For decades, member agencies called Oakland County when they needed help with CLEMIS. Now, the CLEMIS Authority Member Services & Support Team is your one-stop service contact.

When you contact CLEMIS Authority Members Services & Support:

  • During regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. EST), you will reach us—the CLEMIS Authority Members Services & Support Team—directly.
  • After hours, as well as on weekends and holidays, you will continue to be routed to the Oakland County Support Operations team. The Authority will eventually shift to its own independent after-hours support system; we’ll keep you informed of the timing and details of this next phase as they become available.
